Is All Fair in Love and Soap?

When you go shopping, you may be able to see the difference in soaps that are on the shelves. Some are listed as "Soap" and some are listed as "Beauty Bars" or "Conditioner Bars".  Did you know that some products cannot be listed as "soap", because they don't have the needed ingredients to be able to label it as such?  This is also a common misunderstanding that because there are bubbles, it has to be soap. Perhaps, but some companies may use harmful chemicals to create these bubbles that can possibly hurt you in the future. The bubbles in our all natural soaps are naturally occurring. From the processing to curing allows nature to take its course to give the perfect bar of soap every time.

Often times, you won't be able to see a list of ingredients on soap labels. In the US, it is not manditory to list the ingredients in the soaps that people buy.  At Anivia's Bath & Body, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers; making sure that ingredients are listed on all of our soaps.  This can keep a customer from purchasing a product that they may be allergic to. The last thing that we would want, is to cause any health issues and make anyone feel uncomfortable in their own skin.

For Example, our Activated Charcoal Soap includes Peppermint and Tea Tree Essential Oils, along with Kaolin Clay.  We also sprinkled some rose petals on top for a chefs kiss.  Lumberman Soap has added coloring from annato seeds (the same thing that is used to color cheese), and Paprika which is said to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and helps make skin more firm. All of these ingredients are listed on our labels so that our customers can make an informed choice on what is best for them.

We consider all of our customers a part of our family, and treat everyone with the kindness and love that you all deserve. We appreciate everyone that has decided to shop with us and hope that you continue to in the future.  From our heart to yours...
